Official transcripts must be requested and sent by visiting Parchment web page.

    You must set up a free Parchment acount through www.parchment.com.

    Parchment is free for current students and allows students to send their transcript electronically.  If a student requires a physical copy of the transcript, there will be a fee for shipping. 
    Alumni can also request transcripts through Parchement for a fee.

    When ordering your transcript, you will have the option to request:

    • Official Transcript -vs- Unofficial Transcript
    • Delivery By: Mail -vs- Email
    • Delivery To: Self -vs- Institution (colleges, scholarships, employers, labor unions, etc.)

    PLEASE NOTE:  If your OFFICIAL transcript is being requested by an institution (college, employer, scholarship, labor union, etc.), you MUST have the transcript sent directly to the requesting institution (either by postal mail or email).   It may NOT be delivered to yourself, and then taken to the institution. 

    You may also request a copy of your transcript for yourself.
