If you are moving or transferring your student to another school, drop in to the registrar’s office to complete the withdrawal process. 

    Please have your student use the following links to see which books they need to turn in:

    In the registrar's office, your student will be given a form to obtain withdrawal signatures from each teacher, as well as textbook room, library and student store.  Once all signatures are complete, your student will receive the documents necessary for enrollment at his/her next school.  Parent/guardian signature is required on this form, and name of next school must be provided. 

    The following items MUST be returned before or during the withdrawal process:

    • FHS Textbooks
    • FHS Library Materials
    • FHS Sports/Band Equipment
    • PE Lock
    • Student ID
