    2022 Football Registration and Information

    Note: all forms need to be uploaded online. 

    Coaches do not accept hard copies of forms under any circumstances.

    Summer workouts are Monday-Friday, from 3:30-6:15 in the stadium.

     

    Incoming 9th graders must complete the 2022 Athletic Registration and Doctor's Physical before they can attend FHS workouts. You will be learning and developing the fundamental skills of football and conditioning.

    *** NCS rules: States that all student/athletes must have a physical and medical clearance prior to participating in any high school activity.

    Incoming Freshman Camp

    Cost: This camp is free of charge!
     
    Wear/Bring: white shirt (last name on front), blue shorts, football cleats, tennis shoes, and water.
     
    * The only paperwork needed to participate in this camp is a completion of the LUHSD Camp Protocol Waiver
               Freshman Football Summer Practice Schedule

     ***Starting July 6th you will need completed online 2022 athletic registration, which includes a physical, proof of medical insurance, white T-Shirt or Freedom Football issue, Cleats, Blue shorts/sweats and personal water jug to participate in Frosh summer workouts.
