    ryan seto - passing game coordinator coach ryan seto biography high school archbishop mitty high school ( san jose , ca) junior college de anza ( cupertino , ca) college st. mary's college of california ( moraga , ca )     coach seto has been an intricate cog in the freedom falcon machine since 2002. his passion and imagination has made the freedom high school passing attack one of the most prolific and creative in the area. always dressed in his finest, coach "prymetyme" seto has always believed in the value of high school athletics; especially football.     "i truly believe that there is absolutely nothing that prepares young adults better for life lessons then the game of football. therefore, i am dedicated in teaching these student athletes to respect the game, and always maintain the highest standards both on and off the field. the freedom high school player not only represents the falcon football program, but also themselves and their families."coach seto adopted this philosophy as he experienced it through his own career on the gridiron.     coach seto was a staple of the archbishop mitty passing game as a receiver as well as flashing the leather on the baseball diamond for monarchs.  following his graduation he took his skills to de anza junior college where he played wide receiver and tight end for the dons.     his play earned him a scholarship to st. mary's college as a wide receiver and special team standout. seto received the special teams player of the year award and was twice name the northern california sports writers special teams player of the week in 1990. his studies resulted in a bachelors degree in business administration. he was recently inducted into the st. mary's hall of fame as a member of the 1988 undefeated gaels.(*special note-it was recentl

    sam arnold - defensive coordinator st1\:*{behavior:url(#ieooui) }   coach sam arnold biography high school arroyo high school (san lorenzo , ca) junior college chabot college ( hayward , ca)    coach arnold has been the conductor of the “pain train” since 2007. as the defensive coordinator arnold has brought a swagger to that side of the ball that is uniquely freedom. the leader of the black swarm , coach arnold expects his players to play with the same heart and passion that he coaches with.     coach arnold began his football life as a defensive lineman at arroyo high school in san lorenzo , california . arnold enjoyed his time as a member of the mighty dons and often reminisces with coach burke (newark memorial) regarding whose alma mater is stronger.      following his graduation arnold was a member of the defensive line for gladiators of chabot college. following this experience arnold played one season with the east bay outlaws of the northern california football league.    in 1998 arnold became coach arnold volunteering his time as the junior varsity defensive coordinator at granada high school, (livermore, ca). arnold really appreciated his time with the matadors, learning a great deal from the experience.    in 2001 he took a coaching position at liberty high school as the defensive coordinator for the freshmen squad and eventually taking a similar position at the junior varsity level. highlights included a 9 win season in 2001 including a tough win in his first bell game (frosh). he also recalled that his j.v. team recorded a victory over a varsity team (7-0). arnold first stint with the lions ended in 2005 when he took a position with the freedom

    kevin hartwig - head coach coach kevin hartwig biography high school gilroy high ( gilroy , ca) junior college gavilan college ( gilroy , ca ) college st. mary's college of california ( moraga , ca)      coach hartwig has been leader of the freedom falcons since 2002, though he would say that he is no more important than any other coach in the program. as offensive coordinator he has brought a style and flare that has become a signature of freedom falcon's football.       growing up in gilroy , ca, coach hartwig attended gilroy high school excelling in both wrestling and track (shot put) as well as football. he attended gilroy high with fellow mustang alumni and close friend jeff garcia (raiders, buccaneers, lions, browns, 49ers).       following graduation from gilroy high, he continued both his education and pursuit of excellence on the football field, attending gavilan college ( gilroy , ca ). he was named jc all state center (again blocking for garcia). his performance as a ram earned him the opportunity to play football at saint mary's college ( moraga , ca ).       coach hartwig's time at saint mary's served him well as he received his bachelor of arts in health & human performance . it was at saint mary's where he met then teammate and current coach ryan seto. the two vowed to one day coach a team together, a goal later achieved at freedom. while pursuing his graduate studies he became a member of the saint mary's coaching staff as an offensive graduate assistant.       the next year coach hartwig took a position at skyline high school ( oakland , ca) as a varsity offensive line coach.       the following year he took a position at liberty high as a varsity assistant working with
