This 4-year academic plan is designed to serve as a blueprint for students as they work toward their post-high school goals. Since these goals may change as students progress throughout high school and gain new experiences, they may go through various versions of a 4-year plan and are welcome to set additional meetings with their counselor to further discuss their goals. Students are encouraged to explore our high school graduation requirements,UC/CSU Eligibility Requirements, and AP information when considering their 4-year plan.
The attached template will be used to complete 4-year plans with students. Please feel free to take a look and begin completing one! Students can also view the course catalog online, as well as visit UC Doorways to explore A-G requirements for college.
