    LUNCH MENU:Orange chicken rice bowl with fortune cookie

    Students will be required to scan their ID to receive a lunch.  If they do not have one, they will be sent to the office to get a temporary one (Ellingson 9/28).

    If you have notalready submitted an application for the 2018-19 school year, please submit one immediately. Last year’s eligibility is set to expire in September if a new application is not submitted for the new school year. Please go to https://family.titank12.com/to apply; the website is mobile friendly.     Food Deliveries:Heritage High is a closed campus, therefore NOfood may be delivered by outside vendors including Door Dash, GrubHub, etc.

    COLLEGE & CAREER CENTER:

    LMC STEM Tour: Juniors and Seniors did you know that College Choice recently ranked Los Medanos College as the 6thbest community college in the country?  Well you can check it out for yourself on Friday, September 21st.  You will get a VIP tour to learn about LMC’s STEM programs.  Permission slips are just a click away on the College and Career Center Calendar page on the Heritage Website. Don’t forget to log in first. Turn in permission slips to the COLLEGE AND CAREER CENTER prior to September 20th. Space is limited, so it’s first come, first served.  (Flores 9/20)

     

    University Visits:The University of Pacific and Grand Canyon University will be visiting our campus in September. Check the College and Career Center Calendar to register and to see when colleges and universities are scheduled to visit. (Flores 9/28)

     

    District College Night:Seniors, the 12thAnnual District wide college night is scheduled to take place on September 27thin the Patriot Gymnasium from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There will be representatives from over 50 colleges and universities. The U.S. Armed Forces will also be in attendance to answer your questions. (Flores 9/27)

     

     

     

     

    PSAT/NMSQT:Juniors, don’t wait because it’ll be too late. The PSAT/NMSQT test has a limited number of spaces available, and they are filling up, sign up today. Cost for PSAT/NMSQT exam is $18. You can pay for it at the student store. You will receive a practice booklet with registration so the sooner you sign up, the sooner you can start prepping. Fee Waivers available in the College and Career Center. (Flores 9/28)

     

    Service Academy:Are you interested in a Service Academy?  Our local congressman is holding 2 opportunities for you to learn more about the nomination process, speak with representatives from the Academies, and have your questions answered.  Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Richmond City Council Chambers.  Flyers available in the College & Career Center.     Knitting Club:Knitting club begins this Thursday at lunch in p106.   All skill levels welcome from beginner to frequenters of haberdasheries.   Bring your own materials or borrow ours. (Barratt 9/28)  

     

    Mock Trial Club:Please meet in room A105 at lunch on Thursday September 20thfor a mandatory informational meeting of the Mock Trial Club if you are interested in joining the club and implementing principles of law, trial procedures and trial advocacy. (Carr 9/20)

    Friday- “I believe that we can beat Cancer” – Patriot Pride day

     

    HOMEWORK HELP! Every Monday to Thursday at 3:15 to 4:45 pm in Room C-111! If you need help with your homework or just a place to access a computer for your assignments, just come by and get some support. (Ardaniel)
