    Are you in the Health and Rec Academy? Would you like to learn how to save a life? Then you need to take a CPR class! Mrs. Tolvtvar will be holding CPR classes for anyone interested on January 24th from 1-4pm and January 25th 9am-noon! Cost is $35 will be in room HR103.     Attention all students interested in running for ASB or Class officers!!  Come to ONE of the two elections meetings in ES-101 at lunch on 1/23 or 1/24.  Attendance at one of the meetings is MANDATORY to run for office! (Banchieri, 1/24)


    “Rep Your School” is scheduled for Saturday, January 25 @10:00AM-9:00PM at Heritage.  It is the 2nd annual showcase that raises funds for our Unified Sports program.  With last years’ funds, we are able to purchase 20 uniforms and backpacks.  A unified game is opening the event this year, which will be followed by several amazing competitive games to watch. Here are the games we are hoping come together for a great day of hoops...

    East Bay Regional Park District is seeking to hire approximately 55 Lifeguards for the 2020 summer season. Pay is $16.63 to $26.05 an hour. Apply by March 23 at www.ebparks.org (Snyder 1/31)

    HOMEWORK HELP! Every Monday to Thursday at 3:15 to 4:45 pm in Room MC-205 (ExCEL LAB in the Library)! If you need help with your homework or just a place to access a computer for your assignments, just come by and get some support.

    Attention all seniors!!!

    Starting on February 4th Los Medanos College will be offering a College Success class at Heritage High School.  If you will be attending LMC next year and would like to get a jump start on how to be a successful student during your time there (choosing majors, transferring to a 4-year college, maintaining good grades), please see your counselors immediately and speak with your parents about enrolling in this class.  Those that take the class can receive 1.5 credits towards LMC, as well as 5 credits towards Heritage.  Students are required to meet every Tuesday and Thursday after school for the 9 weeks of the class.
