Cal grant Entitlement: A CAL Grant is financial aid provided by the state of California that can be used at most California schools. There is a two part process in applying for a CAL Grant.
1: Make sure that the Name on file at HHS matches - the students Legal Name (Birth Certificate) & the students Social Security Number is on file (Optional).
