    Students with Technology:
    Practice Blues Scales in Concert Eb and F
    RECORD Driftin to the backing track provided with a phone or audio device (Video preffered, if you choose to do audio only please submit a Photo of yourself during the process) .  Shoot your video in landscape (Sideways) so your shot fills the screen.  YOU MUST Use headphones or earbuds when you are recording to isolate your instrument track and not have the click and backing track in your microphone.  If we can make this sound good (which we should be able to) I will have our guest artist, the arranger of this peice play on it.  

    • Be sure to do the 4 claps at the beggining regardless of where your first entrance is.  These claps let me adjust the level and timing to sync our recording.  
    • Recording using headphones so I do not hear the backing track.  If I hear the click in your recording it will not be used.
    • Wear neutral colored clothing and try your best to use a neutral backround
    • record in a quiet setting. I dont want to hear air conditioning, fans, cars or the garbage truck in your recoridng.
    • Shoot your video in Landscape mode (wide) on a stationary stand (dont have someone hold it)
