    Heritage High School Athletics is a member of the Bay Valley Athletic League (BVAL) and a part of the CIF-North Coast Section. 
    The season is played during the spring months. Tryouts start on February 5, 2024.  Contact the head coach for open gym dates and times prior to the season.
