• Week 2

    You will need to complete 45-60 minutes of activity at least 3 times a week using a variety of Apps. You will then screenshot your progress and email to me by the end of the week. Please include your name and period in the subject bar. Each week be sure to use the Map apps for your cardio, the 7 minute workout for strength training and the Yoga app for stretching and relaxation.
