• CSF Information: 

    CSF Membership for Spring Semester 2025 is due Friday 9/5/25. Applications cannot be accepted past the deadline, per bylaws. application

    Five hours required per academic school year: community service form

    9th graders: Freshmen can apply as an associate member starting in January using their December (first semester) grades. 9th graders may NOT apply in the fall using middle school grades.

    10th graders: Sophomores can apply as an associate member using 2nd semester Freshmen grades and 1st semester Sophomore grades.

    11th graders: Juniors can apply as a Life Member using their 2nd semester Sophomore grades (10th grade) and 1st semester Junior grades (11th grade). Life Membership requires 4 semesters of membership. Life membership with High Honors requires all 5 semesters (10-12th grade).

    12th graders: Seniors can apply as a Life Member using their 2nd semester Junior grades (11th grade) and 1st semester Senior grades (12th). Seniors can apply at the end of 3rd quarter during their Senior year for the 4th/5th semester of membership in order to earn Life Membership or Life Membership with High Honors (100%). 

    CSF Life Member (4 of 5 semesters while in grades 10-12) 
    CSF Life Member with High Honors (all semesters in grades 10-12) - this is 100% membership
