If over the time limit, speakers are disqualified, but if under it, speakers are given a penalty
No word limit for speech as long as it is within the time frame
Speakers must present their speech 3 times, once for every round, and may give a fourth speech if the cutoff after round 3 is made
No particular type of speech- it can be from a poem, play, short story, etc.
The topic should preferably be about a controversial or thought-invoking topic.
