    Heritage High School Athletics is a member of the Bay Valley Athletic League (BVAL) and a part of the CIF-North Coast Section. 

    The basketball season is played during the winter months.  Official practice begins on November 4, 2024.  Contact the head coach for open gym times and dates prior to the start of the season.
