    A - Absent
    O - Unexcused absence not verified by parent
    U - Personal Business verified by parent
          (unexcused but will not turn truant)
    V - School activity
    F - Field trip/Sporting event
    X - Ill or doctor’s appointment
    M - Medical tardy
    E - Excused (Funeral or court)
    T - Tardy under 30 minutes.
    R - Tardy 30 minutes and over.
