    What is the web address of the Portal?
     
    What if I cannot get to that website?
    Your security settings may or may not allow you to access this site. To ensure you can, please add this site to your trusted sites in the security settings of your computer.
     
    Can I change my password?
    You create you password when you create the account. To change your password, you will need to login successfully, and access the Password portion of the portal under Options.
     
    How do I make an account?
    Go to http://parents.luhsd.net and Click Create New Account. Complete the information requested to create your account. You need 3 pieces of information to create an account, the student ID, telephone number and Verification Code. The verification code can be obtained from the student's schedule provided at walk-through registration or contacting your school site to obtain the code.
     
    I created an account on my own, and now it wants a Verification Code. Where do I get that?
    Any school site secretary can provide that number to you. Just call the school site to request your verification code.
      
    What if I forgot my password?
    Click on the Forgot Your Password? link on the main page. It will send you an email to the account you have on file for that account to retrieve or change your password.
      
    What if my contact information is incorrect?
    To make a change to your contact information, you may call your child's Building, SLC or Den office to update your information. If it is an address change, you will need to schedule an appointment with the registrar to verify the residence.
     
    I have another student at the school and need to add his/her account...
    If you have more than one child in the district, you can easily add them to your account if they are not already there.
    On the upper right of your screen when you login, it will say "Current Student." From that drop-down, you can select a different student, or add one to your existing account. If you choose to add, you will need to obtain a Verification Code from your child's school office (SLC, building or GLLC).
