Course Correction Form
If you have a schedule concern that warrants a CORRECTION, please use the link below to submit your request. All requests for correction must be submitted via the online form. We cannot process requests via phone or email. Please note a request does not guarantee a change will be made.

If your family needs transportation services, please complete the 22-23 application on the Transportation Department website. This application must be resubmitted to the Transportation Department each year.
