• Beginning Art

    In this class, you will learn how to develop your artistic eye, as well as how to use a variety of art techniques and mediums (art supplies). We will also learn about the Elements of Art and the Principles of Design and how to combine the two to create your own works of art.

    This class meets once a week at the following times:

    Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 10:20 AM

    Tuesdays from 1:40 PM to 3:00 PM

    Thursdays from 10:20 AM to 11:40 AM

    Supplies we will be working with during the first semester include the following:

    • Pencil (no.2 = HB pencil) and eraser
    • Crayons
    • Markers & Sharpies (ink)
    • Colored Pencils
    • Watercolor
    • Tempera Paint
    • Drawing paper
    • Watercolor Paper

    Remote Learners: Let Ms. Pulido know if you don't have access to any of these mediums and we'll do our best to get them to you.


    Intermediate & Advanced Art

    In this class, you will continue to develop your artistic eye, as well as practice using a variety of art techniques and mediums (art supplies). We will also review the Elements of Art and the Principles of Design and how to combine the two to create your own pieces of art.

    This combined class meets once a week on Wednesdays from 10:20 AM to 11:40 AM.

    Supplies we will be able to work with during the school year include the following (but not limited to):

    • Drawing/shading pencils (no.2 = HB pencil) and eraser
    • Charcoal
    • Crayons
    • Markers & Sharpies
    • India Ink
    • Colored Pencils
    • Pastels (soft/oil)
    • Watercolor
    • Tempera Paint
    • Acrylic Paint
    • Drawing paper
    • Watercolor Paper
    • Canvas

    Remote Learners: Let Ms. Pulido know if you don't have access to any of these mediums and we'll do the best to get some supplies out to you.


    It is important to be present for class - class time + work done is equivalent to one week's worth of work.
