Yoga
Course Description - Yoga is a yearlong course worth 10 credits. The course is designed to help students examine their lifestyles, set goals, and make positive choices to help achieve and maintain life-long health and physical activity.
Absence Policy: Attendance and class participation are required. If students are absent, they may complete the class assignment through Canvas.
Grading - Students will be assessed in the following ways: performance (effort), attendance, appropriate dress, and assignments.
