    Liberty Union High School District Policy Statement National School Lunch Program

    The National School Lunch and Breakfast Program is a federally subsidized program and although your child(ren) will all receive one FREE breakfast and lunch daily due to Universal Meals, filling out an application helps with the following:

    1. It will help provide essential funding for your school
    2. You may receive discounted utilities and internet access
    3. You may become eligible for free enrollment in some afterschool care programs
    4. You may become eligible for testing fee waivers (SAT, PSAT and AP)
    5. You may receive benefits regardless of citizenship status
    6. Free or reduced bus transportation

    To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
