Accelerating Professional Growth
The Far East contra Costa Consortium (FECCC) Beginning Teacher Induction program
provides a system of support for newly credentialed teachers and provides the pathway
from a Preliminary Teaching Credential to a California Professional Clear Teaching
Credential. Teachers are enrolled from within the Bretnwood, Byron, Knightsen,
Liberty, and Oakley school districts. Our program thrives on offering efficient,
job-embedded support that meets the needs of beginning teachers in the
classroom as well as accelerating their professional growth.
