FREE tuition for up to two academic years (Fall and Spring term only)(CCC, DVC, LMC)
Commit:
- Complete a minimum of 12 units
- Maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher to remain eligible
- Actively participate in college programs and support services
- Make steady progress on my educational plan
Who Qualifies?

To qualify, students must:

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADA) for the current academic year (Students do not need to qualify for aid, only submit a complete application)
- For 2025 graduates-you will apply for the 2025-2026 school year (this is when you will begin college).

Enroll in a minimum of 12 units each term

Be a California resident or otherwise exempt from paying non-resident tuition fees (e.g., AB540)

Accept the Free Tuition Program award and requirements through InSite.
