Chapter 4 deals with definitions of leadership with a particular emphasis on instructional leadership.  Do we practice instructional leadership as schools, departments, and individuals?  What contributions do we make or continue to develop as we evolve into a school of instructional leadership?  Does the Freedom community have any expectations about how we lead?
