Chapter 10 summarizes the correlates of success.  Schools need to be :

 

1)  Results-oriented

2)  Research-based

3)  Data-driven

4)  Focused on both quality and equity

5)  Collaborative in form

6)  Ongoing and self-renewing

 

In our final blog posts, pick one of the six correlates above and expand upon how Freedom works or continues to work on the correlate as a focus.  What are ways that we as individual teachers work on the correlates as a focus and do you think such work is meaningful?  Also, is there a possible additional correlate that exists that could also contribute to success?
