TITLE IX TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES:  The Liberty Union High School District requires all employees to complete the following Sexual Harassment Training once every two years.  On-line training is provided by Keenan Safeschools. To complete the training employees must log into their Keenan Safeschool User Account.

Sexual Harassment: Non-Manager (SB 1343 ) 

California is a leader in protecting employees against sexual discrimination and harassment, so it’s critical that employees understand the law regarding sexual harassment and know their role and obligations. This course is designed to provide California employees with a basic understanding of sexual harassment and strategies to maintain a harassment-free environment. Course topics include definitions of sexual harassment, what employers must provide in their anti-harassment policies, sexual harassment in the workplace and actions victims can take.

ADMINISTRATORS:

Sexual Harassment: Policy and Prevention: (AB 1825)

The goal of this course is to train administrators and supervisors on how to handle sexual harassment concerns. The course will review sexual harassment in the workplace, handling sexual harassment complaints, remedies for sexual harassment victims, and sexual harassment policy considerations.
