On February 7, 2024, the LUHSD Board of Trustees took action to approve the following equity statement. 

The Liberty Union School District Board of Trustees is committed to Educational Equity for all students. To that end, the Board defines educational equity as allocating resources based upon need to develop ALL students to their full academic and social potential. LUHSD will continue to maintain an environment whereby all students, regardless of their gender, identity, race, socioeconomic background, ethnicity, religion and ability, feel safe and experience belonging.
