NHS members are required to do 20 hours of service to have their current semester of membership counted.
Up to 6 hours of your own community service (non NHS listed) may be counted towards this.
Regardless if it is your own Service project or one of the club's service projects, you must get your hours verified and form submitted within 2 weeks of service reported.
If performing one of the NHS club's projects, the form will always be provided and should be picked up when you sign up for that service.
Print the following Serviice Hour Sheet as needed if you are doing your own, lost yours, or just forgot to pick it up.
Here is the record of the turned in hours recorded as of April 30th, 4:00pm. If you believe there is a mistake, please have you/student come see me.
