• The GSA’s mission is to make Liberty a safe, comfortable, and inclusive space for ALL students.

The GSA is split into three main aspects: social aspects, educational aspects, and activism based aspects. The social aspect of GSA is to create a space of community and friendship for students that are LGBTQ+. The educational aspect of GSA works to help students learn about the various genders and sexualities within the world. The activism based aspect of GSA works to also educate and spread awareness to students on issues of homophobia/transphobia in the world. This combined offers both a safe space for students that are LGBTQ+, allows students that are questioning their identity to find themselves, and also allows students to find support and a place where they can unapologetically be themself. As well for those who are an ally to the community or just want to learn more.
