Welcome to Spanish levels 2 and 3! I have been in education for 27 years as a teacher, principal and district administrator. I majored in elementary education with a Spanish minor from Utah State University, and later obtained a master of science in educational leadership from Cal State East Bay. Spanish is not my first language, but I am privileged to have had the opportunity to live among, and serve the wonderful people of Puerto Rico. Living there for two years instilled in me the love of the Spanish language and culture. I hope to have my students come to appreciate the Spanish language and various cultures in the Spanish-speaking world as I share experiences with them throughout the school year. I only ask that my students come in ready to learn, and be willing to speak!
